We want to get as many people involved to try and change attitudes towards exercise and help everyone see how much fun and rewarding being active can be.

We want to help motivate, encourage and support people regardless of their age, shape, size or level of fitness! And to help others realise that the more active you become the better you feel both on the inside and out.

Inspire others to achieve sports goals they didn’t think was possible and at the same time improving mental health.

Focusing on the whole physical & mental well being of any one, any shape and any size.  Learn to love being active and the feelings that go hand in hand with it, which may take you a little out of your comfort zone - it isn’t as scary as you may think!

Creating a motivational group of like -minded people that can make a huge difference and benefit to your life.

This site and Facebook group is for those with quite low mental health and are looking for a healthy way out, but please consult a doctor first.

We are also trying to help those of you who maybe a little intimidated by any form of exercise whether it’s lack of self confidence, shy, unfit. Exercise can be fun - especially if you have the right kind of people helping to motivate and encourage you.
